This case series will address common misconceptions about pulmonary disease. Time will also be spent on pulmonary bulla, lymphomegaly, cranial mediastinal masses and the best way to evaluate for a lung lobe torsion. This case series will provide a method to systematically understand the thorax, using complex thoracic cases as a guide. By the end of the series, participants will understand pathophysiologic methods that combine disease processes, as well as being able to determine mediastinal, pleural and extrapleural disease.
