Feline Pancreatic Health
In a recent study, more than 1 in 3 cats with common presenting signs had results consistent with pancreatitis.1 Since it is common and presenting signs are often nonspecific, it's important to know what to look for when you're presented with challenging cases.
- The most frequently reported presenting signs include any combination of lethargy, inappetance, weigh loss, anorexia and/or vomiting.
- It's important to know that pancreatitis presents differently in cats than it does in dogs; in fact, cats my not present with vomiting at all.
