- Experience with invoice item setup.
- Practice uses Smart Groups for wellness, sick, hospitalized and emergency patients.
- Security turned on for invoice items and Whiteboard default settings.
- Understand and use the Patient Visit List.
- Access to real practice and a "hospital" account or employee with a pet.

Please Note: On the day of your Coaching session(s), plan on logging in 10 minutes before the start time. Doing so will allow time to troubleshoot any challenges you may encounter while logging in and will help ensure you won't miss part of the training.
